Sales Executive (Jeddah)

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Represent company services professionally and successfully that results in repeat business and 
    a positive customer service experience.
  •  Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within a set schedule.
  •  Identify lead opportunities as well as the potential for upsells.
  • Interact regularly with customers (cold calling – face-to-face meetings) to understand their needs and 
  • recommend a suitable solution for them.
  •  Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Prepare regular reports of customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for 
    new services.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and 
    making recommendations to management.
  • Retain current customers, approach new potential customers, and restore business relations with old 
    customers.
  •  Develop the sales information system including the customer database and keep it always updated and 
    available on time to support the decision-making process.
  • Continually attempting to penetrate new markets.
  • Coordinate internally with the involved departments to ensure smooth handling of the customers` 
    requirements.

Education & Work Experience Requirements & Qualifications & Competencies


  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or any science-related field.
  • From 1 to 3 years of sales experience. 
  • Excellent communication & sales skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through on tasks.
  • The ability to work and communicate cross-functionally. 
  • Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to deal with different customers & how to convince them.
  • Excellent presentation & negotiate & time management skills.
  • Excellent Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to 
    the public.
  • Well-developed motivational and leadership skills.
  • Strong sense of ethics and business acumen.
  • Impeccable interpersonal and customer service skills, even in high-stress situations.
  • Ability to work independently, while contributing to team-wide efforts.
