Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Represent company services professionally and successfully that results in repeat business and
a positive customer service experience. - Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within a set schedule.
- Identify lead opportunities as well as the potential for upsells.
- Interact regularly with customers (cold calling – face-to-face meetings) to understand their needs and
- recommend a suitable solution for them.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Prepare regular reports of customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for
new services. - Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and
making recommendations to management. - Retain current customers, approach new potential customers, and restore business relations with old
customers. - Develop the sales information system including the customer database and keep it always updated and
available on time to support the decision-making process. - Continually attempting to penetrate new markets.
- Coordinate internally with the involved departments to ensure smooth handling of the customers`
requirements.
Education & Work Experience Requirements & Qualifications & Competencies
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or any science-related field.
- From 1 to 3 years of sales experience.
- Excellent communication & sales skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through on tasks.
- The ability to work and communicate cross-functionally.
- Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to deal with different customers & how to convince them.
- Excellent presentation & negotiate & time management skills.
- Excellent Knowledge of MS Office.
- Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to
the public. - Well-developed motivational and leadership skills.
- Strong sense of ethics and business acumen.
