Work closely with business leaders to understand their staffing requirements and make
relevant recommendations.
Responsibilities
Analyze current manpower resources.
Designing recruitment programs.
Design and prepare training programs.
Anticipate and estimate future workforce needs.
Responsible for developing, defining, and implementing short- and long-term manpower
Create annual recruitment plans based on current headcount, business strategy, and budgets.
Requirements and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human resource management.
A prior background with at least 4 / 5 years’ experience within Manpower Planning in the
Telecommunications industry.
Proven track record in manpower planning for large organizations in the region.
