Role Objectives

  • Identify new business opportunities including new markets. 

  • Communicating with officials in various institutions and companies. 

  • Attract leads and make marketing calls. 

  •  Understand customer needs and identify appropriate services. 

  • Clearly defining goals and defining development and business improvement procedures. 

  • Organizing work with the business development, sales, and marketing management team. 

  • Conducting research and presenting innovative ways to develop the organization’s business. 

  • Informing and keeping up with trends and changes in the business world.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. 

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

  • Promote the company’s services by addressing or predicting clients’ objectives. 

  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. 

  • Develop entry-level staff and valuable salespeople.

Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, sales, or relevant field.

  • Time management and planning skills. 

  • Ability to build rapport. 

  • Communication and negotiation skills.

  •  Market knowledge.

  • Proficiency in English
